SimpleMind Desktop is a great Mind Mapper with focus on simplicity and ease of use. Its page setup allows changing the page size and orientation and assigning a default for new Mind Maps. The Mind Map editor shows the page margins as dashed lines. Custom colors are available per Topic, either from the style palette or from the Color panel. The used Font can be adjusted through Preferences.
